This is a mid grade piece of VERY expensive leather we were fortunate enough to get our hands on.
This Medium Brown leather is Glazed Harness leather from Wicket and Craig tannery in Pennsylvania..The backing leather is textured leather from Seidel Tanning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Heavy Beige thread throughout.
** Because this is a mid grade leather, there may be scuffs or small dimples in the finish.
We make every effort to keep these defects towards the back of the strap.

When purchasing a strap, please let us know if you will be using Schaller or Dunlop straplocks. We can make a 3/8" hole to accommodate these brands.
Otherwise straps will be shipped with the traditional hole and slit.
We can also accommodate strap attachments for acoustic guitar pin jacks, such as Fishman type

Some of our favorite suppliers are Tasman Leather Group, Horween Leather, Wickett and Craig, and American Leather Direct.These hides are shipped straight from the tannery and are considered much more "raw" than leather you might purchase from a department store. This means that your leather product might have scratches, creases, bug bites, stretch marks, etc. If you do not want to see these marks on your leather goods, our products might not be for you. That’s just how REAL leather is.
