This is a VERY limited run of straps.
We were able to get a small quantity of BEATIFUL Alligator print leather from MPG Industria Conciaria in Italy.

This strap is 3”, in a color that is a rich looking Cognac/Light Brown
The backing leather is a textured leather from Seidel Tanning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Stitching is in Beige thread.
 
**This is NOT real Alligator skin. It is a cowhide with the Alligator texture embossed.
**The Alligator print varies from strap to strap (see picture of grouped straps)
**In order to maximize the yield from this leather, the last 2 straps sold will have unmatched tails

When purchasing a strap, please let us know if you will be using Schaller or Dunlop straplocks. We can make a 3/8" hole to accommodate these brands.
Otherwise straps will be shipped with the traditional hole and slit.
We can also accommodate strap attachments for acoustic guitar pin jacks, such as Fishman type

We use cowhides purchased from leather suppliers around the United States.
Some of our favorite suppliers are Tasman Leather Group, Horween Leather, Wickett and Craig, and American Leather Direct.
These hides are shipped straight from the tannery and are considered much more "raw" than leather you might purchase from a department store.
This means that your leather product might have scratches, creases, bug bites, stretch marks, etc. If you do not want to see these marks on your leather goods, our products might not be for you. That’s just how REAL leather is.
We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the item prior to purchasing.
Our goal, to ship your item as soon as possible. Ready to ship does not mean same day or next day shipping; it means you avoid the long wait times of our standard production schedule.
Whenever possible, our items are shipped USPS Flat Rate within the United States.
We do offer a pick-up service for local customers.

Gecko Leather Works reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure.
In the event a refund is agreed to, please allow us up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.
We will exchange goods if they were a gift to you for any product of equal or higher value with the difference being paid. We will not refund any differences if you choose a lesser value item to the one you are exchanging.
We do not accept returns on used goods unless applicable to the terms stated above.
