Our goal, to ship your item as soon as possible. Ready to ship does not mean same day or next day shipping; it means you avoid the long wait times of our standard production schedule.

Whenever possible, our items are shipped USPS Flat Rate within the United States.

We do offer a pick-up service for local customers.

Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

If you have a problem, get in touch and we'll do what we can to make it right.

All sales are final, however if you experience product failure we will happily replace it or issue a full refund upon return receipt and inspection.

Gecko Leather Works reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure.

In the event a refund is agreed to, please allow us up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.

We will exchange goods if they were a gift to you for any product of equal or higher value with the difference being paid. We will not refund any differences if you choose a lesser value item to the one you are exchanging.

We do not accept returns on used goods unless applicable to the terms stated above.
