Our goal, to ship your item as soon as possible. Ready to ship does not mean same day or next day shipping; it means you avoid the long wait times of our standard production schedule.

Whenever possible, our items are shipped USPS Flat Rate within the United States.
Larger items (totes for example) are shipped First Class.
We do offer a pick-up service for local customers.

All sales are final, however if you experience product failure we will happily replace it or issue a full refund upon return receipt and inspection. Gecko Leather Works reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure.

In the event a refund is agreed to, please allow us up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.

We will exchange goods if they were a gift to you for any product of equal or higher value with the difference being paid. We will not refund any differences if you choose a lesser value item to the one you are exchanging.

We do not accept returns on used goods unless applicable to the terms stated above
